Our customers are mainly manufacturers of pharmaceutical, food and beverage, and personal care products and impose relatively high standards of safety, hygiene and quality on their suppliers. We are committed to satisfying our customers’ requirements with high quality packaging products.

To meet the stringent requirements imposed by our customers, we have a quality control department which is responsible for our quality control system. Our quality control department is composed of two divisions. The first division is responsible for the establishment and continuous improvement of the quality assurance system. The second division is responsible for the quality testing of raw materials, semi-finished products, finished products and the raw materials and products used for trials.

In addition, we comply with the relevant laws and regulations relating to pharmaceutical and food and beverage packaging. We have integrated the requirements of ISO14001 and HACCP into our supervision and management systems. We have established a system for monitoring product quality and have facilities for maintaining and testing clean room environments of up to 10,000 grade.

Further, we have established internal rules and regulations which are set out in our standard operation manual and standard testing manual to maintain hygiene standards for our pharmaceutical and food and beverage products.

On 14 June 2001, our quality management system applicable to the manufacture of plastic bottles and flexible laminates for food and beverage, daily-use chemical products and medical materials was approved by British Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance as having successfully attained the ISO 9001:2000 standard and the ISO 9002:1994 standard .

We constructed a test centre covering 300m2 which is equipped with over 30 sets of imported testing equipment. Among them are gas chromatographs, precision tensile testers, environmental chambers, infrared thickness detectors, dirt particle detectors, bar code detectors, quality control testers, and bacteria testing chambers. Heat, chemical, and physical performance testing is conducted on all of our products in order to confirm the results of our product inspection data and ensure the quality of our products.
Our 300,000 grade, 100,000 grade and 10,000 grade clean room facilities allow us to produce high quality packaging for the pharmaceutical, food and beverage, and personal care industries. Some of the measures we take to maintain the clean room environment for the manufacture of rigid packaging are set out below :

1. Our machineries have to be operated in accordance with a special set of operating procedures to minimise contamination.

2. Our premises and facilities have to be cleaned and disinfected regularly.

3. Our production processes have to be managed to prevent contamination.

4. Our ventilation systems have to be filtered to reduce the amount of dust particles and micro-organisms and the air in our clean rooms have to be replaced regularly.

5. Our workers have to wear masks and special protective anti-static clothing to minimise contamination.

As a testament to our ability to deliver plastic packaging products of high standards of safety, hygiene and quality, we have been granted registration certificates from the State Food and Drug Administration to manufacture the following products :

•  PP, HDPE, PP/PE bottles to hold solid medicine;

•  laminated film and bags for packaging medicine;

•  PE, PP and PET bottle s to hold liquid medicine;

•  plastic bottle s to hold orally ingested capsules ; and

•  PET eye drop bottles.
