Mr. Pan Shun Ming, the founder of the Group, is a China Born Singaporean. Mr. Pan is currently the Chairman of the Board and CEO of the Group. With more than 20 years of experience in the packaging industry and corporate management, he is responsible for the direction and strategic expansion of the Group.
Our Executive Director Ms. Mai Shuying , COO Mr. Pu Jinbo and our high-level management officers also have rich industry background and management experiences, highly assuring our effective operation and stable growth.

| We believe that staff training is important as it ensures that our employees acquire the requisite knowledge, skills and attitudes to perform their tasks effectively and efficiently, which in turn enables our organisation to function more effectively. Our Group has an in-house training program which consists of initial job training and continuous refresher training for all workers, staff, managerial personnel and professional personnel based on the needs and of scope of each individual staff.
All new employees are trained according to the requirements set out in our manuals which have been prepared in compliance with the ISO 9001:2000 standard. Employees in the various divisions undergo regular courses relevant to their scope of work and are required to pass in-house examinations in their relevant field of work . These courses include various computer application courses, building construction safety courses and industrial first aid courses. In addition, we also conduct in-house workshops and seminars as well as making arrangement for our staff to attend local and overseas training programmes to expose them to the latest technological advances and organizational skills. Our sales force undergoes in-house training conducted by our Company.
